Upacara Memperingati HUT RI Ke-78 di ITSM
Jember, 17 Agustus 2023 Institut Teknologi dan Sains Mandala (ITSM) mengajak para mahasiswa baru beserta ormawa untuk ikut serta dalam upacara kemerdekaan RI yang dilaksanakan pada hari kamis, pukul 07.30 WIB di ITS Mandala. Petugas upacara HUT RI kali ini merupakan mahasiswa baru yang sudah dilatih terlebih dahulu oleh panitia sehingga acara tersebut berjalan dengan lancar. Kesiapan untuk mengikuti upacara terlihat dari semangat para mahasiswa baru yang sudah berbaris dengan rapi sebelum upacara dimulai.
Sebelumnya, pada pukul 07.00 WIB diadakan gladi bersih atau latihan terakhir sebelum upacara berlangsung. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kesiapan dan mengevaluasi kekurangan dari para petugas upacara. Sehingga dapat mengantisipasi adanya kesalahan yang akan terjadi.
Selain itu, mahasiswa baru juga terlihat kompak dengan pakaian hitam (celana) dan putih (baju) yang mereka gunakan. Tak kalah kompaknya, para dosen (perempuan) juga turut berpartisipasi dalam acara ini dengan mengenakan pakai adat yang merupakan salah satu identitas etnis atau suku tertentu di Indonesia.
Pengibaran bendera merah putih berjalan dengan sangat lancar, begitu pula dengan pembacaan teks proklamasi sampai pembacaan doa. Kemudian terakhir, upacara ditutup dengan sesi foto bersama para dosen dengan mahasiswa baru beserta petugasnuya.
UKM Kewirausahaan ITS Mandala Sukses Mengadakan Lomba BPC ke IV

Jember, 29 Juli 2023 unit kegiatan mahasiswa kewirausahaan sukses mengadakan lomba business plan yang ke IV. Lomba BPC yang diperuntukkan bagi siswa SMA/SMK/Sederajat Se-Jawa Bali ini berhasil diikuti oleh sekitar 40 peserta lomba yang berasal dari berbagai sekolah. Namun, dari banyaknya peserta yang mengikuti lomba ini hanya akan dipilih 10 tim terbaik saja untuk menuju tahap selanjutnya yaitu presentasi dan tanya jawab dengan dewan juri.
Agar perebutan juara 1, 2 dan 3 dilakukan secara fair maka juri yang dipilih untuk menilaipun adalah juri yang sudah berpengalaman dan berkompeten. Ada 3 juri yang terpilih antara lain Nely Supeni, S.E., M.M, Yuliatin Azizah, S.Sos., M.M, dan Ahmad Sauqi, S.E., M.M.
Ketua UKM Kewirausahaan ITS Mandala Jember, Vai Aria Sava mengatakan “Lomba business plan ini sudah rutin dilaksanakan, dan tahun ini lomba BPC yang ke-4. Kegiatan ini banyak menfaatnya karena mendorong siswa untuk lebih inovatif dan kreatif”. Kegiatan presentasi yang dilaksanan di ruang auditorium ITS Mandala ini turut dihadiri oleh pembina UKM kewirausahaan yaitu Drs.Karim Budiono, M.P yang memberikan sambutan sekaligus membuka jalannya acara.
Peserta yang akan melakukan presentasi, terlebih dahulu akan diundi untuk menentukan nomor urut presentasinya. Begitu antusiasnya para peserta lomba dapat dilihat dari menariknya produk yang mereka buat serta materi presentasi yang sangat bagus membuat para juri memberikan nilai terbaiknya.
SMKN 1 Jember yang diketuai oleh Moh. Imam Sanusi dan anggotanya Yasmin Khansa Ade Putri serta Firmansah Putra berhasil menjadi juara pertama dalam lomba business plan kali ini dengan karyanya yaitu Nasi Liwet Pandalungan. Kemudian juara kedua dan ketiga diduduki oleh SMKN 1 Prajekan yang terdiri dari dua tim yaitu tim pertama (juara kedua) Mawar Dinda Setiawindi sebagai ketua dan Ghaitsa Hilyatansa, Yuli Sofiati sebagai anggota dengan karya Banana Peel Soes. Tim kedua (juara ketiga) yaitu Aisyah Putri Milinda sebagai ketua dan Denok Imelia Dwi Pratiwi, Muhammad Fajar Saputra sebagai anggota dengan karya Buiskuit Pitasenja.
ITSM MOU DENGAN KEMENPORA :MAHASISWA SIAP KERJA BIDANG WIRAUSAHA
Jember, 08 Juni 2023 Institut Teknologi dan Sains Mandala (ITSM) menjalin kerjasama dengan Kementrian pemuda dan olahraga. Kesempatan kali ini kerjasama sangat menarik karena peluang lulusan dididik menjadi pengusaha muda (Wiramuda) dan luar biasa kerjasama menghasilkan kesepakatan menyediakan akses permodalan bagi peserta yang memenuhi syarat, menyediakan narasumber untuk melatih menjadi pengusaha, menyediakan informasi terkait pelatihan kewirausahaan, menyediakan informasi kewirausahaan lainnya.
Pada kesempatan kali ini Bapak Rektor Dr. Suwignyo Widagdo, SE, MM, MP dalam sambutan menyampaikan kesiapan dalam pengembangan program kewirausahaan. Kampus ITSM adalah kampus yang selalu ingin meningkatkan lulusan baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas. Mempersiapkan lulusan bukan hanya siap diperkantoran tetapi juga menjadi seorang wirausaha. Jati diri mahasiswa ITSM harus cerdas, berkarakter, berjiwa entrepreneur.
Program-program yang digagas semua mengarah kepada membentuk lulusan siap kerja baik di dunia kerja, menjadi pengusaha ataupun memilih bidang akademisi. Karena ITSM adalah kampus corporate university yaitu berkolaborasi dan mempersiapkan lulusan sesuai kebutuhan corporate atau dunia kerja.
Pada kesempatan kali ini Asisten Deputi Bidang Kewirausahaan Pemuda Kemenpora: Dr. Ir. Hendro Wicaksono, Msc. Eng menyampaikan salut karena peserta yang berpartisipasi dalam acara kuliah tamu di ITSM tentang pelatihan kewirausahaan karena peserta mencapai 600 lebih yang dilakukan hybrid baik luring maupun daring. Program ini mendidik mahasiswa menjadi wiramuda sehingga bisa menjadi milyader di usia muda.
Pelaksanaan Monitoring dan Evaluasi Penelitian Internal Program Kemndikbud Ristek Dikti Tahun 2022
Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Institut Teknologi dan Sains Mandala menyelenggarakan kegiatan Monitoring dan Evaluasi (Monev) Penelitian DRTPM tahun 2022 pada hari Senin, 17 Oktober yang bertempat di Ruang Rapat Pimpinan. Pelaksanaan monev ini diikuti oleh 3 peneliti yang masing-masing menyampaikan laporan kemajuan penelitiannya dengan 1 reviewer yaitu Dr. Kahar Muzakkar, S.Si.


Sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan para peserta telah diinfokan untuk menyiapkan kelengkapan monev diantaranya telah mengunggah laporan kemajuan penelitian, catatan harian, dan Surat Pertanggungjawaban Belanja 70% di laman BIMA, membawa bukti capaian luaran wajib penelitian yang telah dijanjikan dan menyiapkan logbook penggunaan keuangan 70%.
Pelaksanaan Monev dimulai pukul 10:00 WIB dan terlaksana dengan baik. Dengan pelaksanaan Monev, LPPM dapat melihat dan mengukur capaian hasil dan luaran penelitian yang diperoleh oleh para peneliti.
